We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, at our sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification — survive.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, and the parties attorn to their exclusive jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
